We continuously scan the major rental platforms and collect new listings as they appear. Instead of checking a dozen sites yourself, you set your search once and Findrent watches them all for you.
As soon as a matching listing appears, an email alert goes out, typically within seconds. In a fast market, those first minutes often decide who gets the viewing.
Free lets you browse listings and set up email alerts. Premium unlocks the source of each listing, so you can go straight to the original and be first to contact the landlord or agent.
Every listing on Findrent comes from an original platform. On Free the source is hidden; with Premium you see exactly where each home is listed and can go there directly to apply.
Premium is €14.99 per month, VAT included. There is also a 2-month saver plan at €24.99 every 2 months, which is 17% cheaper than paying month by month. Both start with a 3-day free trial, and both renew automatically until you cancel. See what they include on the Pricing page.
Both paid plans start with a 3-day free trial. You choose a plan and enter your card when you sign up, but nothing is charged during those 3 days. On day 4 the trial ends and your plan starts automatically: €14.99 per month, renewing every month, or €24.99 every 2 months, renewing every 2 months. Cancel before day 4 in the billing portal and you are never charged. You get one free trial per account.
Yes. Your account links to the billing portal, where cancelling stops the next renewal. Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged. Cancel after it and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, whether that period is one month or two, so you never lose access you have paid for.
Not in one step yet. Cancel the plan you are on in the billing portal, keep using Premium to the end of the period you have already paid for, and subscribe to the other plan once it ends. Nothing is lost in between except the gap you choose to leave. Note that the free trial is once per account, so the second plan starts as a paid plan straight away.
Take the 3-day free trial first, which is what it is for: you see everything Premium unlocks before any money moves, and if it is not for you, cancel in the billing portal before day 4 and you are not charged. If you decide later, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your rights as a consumer are set out in our Terms.

No. Findrent is an independent service that points you toward publicly available listings on other platforms. We don't represent landlords or agents.
Findrent doesn't handle contact itself. With Premium you follow the listing to its original source and reach the landlord or agent there, just as you normally would.
